Q4 2024:

• Formation of the team for the launch of Verta Cloud;

• Market and target audience analysis;

• Development of scaling and market entry strategy;

• Creation of the Whitepaper and all related documentation.

Q1 2025:

• Launch of the Verta Cloud platform and the first module, Verta MANAGEMENT;

• Creation of the Verta token and deployment of the Staking smart contract;

• Formation of a liquidity pool on DEX exchanges;

• Integration of the first brokers onto the platform.

Q2 2025:

• Listing the token on CEX exchanges;

• Conducting marketing campaigns;

• Launch of Verta Boost Sales & AI.

Q3-Q4 2025:

• Expanding the functionality of VERTA.CLOUD;

• Launch of the Verta Recruiting & Education System;

• Participation in international conferences.

2026:

• Expanding the user base on the platform;
